1. Scope of the TOS

Created in 1981, Aprifel, the French Agency for Fruit and Vegetable Research and Information, is a registered French non-profit association. Its objectives are to translate science into action, to build bridges between scientists, civil society and fruit and vegetable professionals, to popularise and communicate scientific data on fruits and vegetables and, finally, to collectively promote a healthy and sustainable diet. Aprifel has a governance structure that supports its actions, in which scientists, civil society and fruit and vegetable professionals are all represented. Aprifel has a Board of Directors that establishes the association’s main areas of focus, and its actions are implemented by permanent teams based on work carried out by the Scientific Council and the Consumer Council.

These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern use of the site operated by Aprifel, available at https://www.aprifel.com (“the Site”) to any user accessing the Site (“User” or “you”),

By browsing the Site and performing actions on it, the User acknowledges having read these TOS and accepts them without reservation.

Aprifel reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time and recommends that you check them regularly. The applicable TOS are those in force when the User accesses the Site.

These TOS remain binding on the User throughout their use of the Site.

The Site offers a space dedicated to the dissemination of scientific information on fruits and vegetables, including information on nutrition, scientific journals and news dedicated to fruits and vegetables.

Aprifel collects and processes personal information relating to the User only for the requirements of certain services offered by the www.aprifel.com website:
